Pilar Chavando is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Divine Mercy University. Pilar has been married for over 30 years, and she and her husband are parents to three amazing young adults. In addition to having worked in the business world, volunteering in schools, and being a Catholic catechist instructor, for over seven years she led consulting sessions with pregnant teens and women of all ages, along with their family members. In English and Spanish, Pilar enjoys incorporating Catholic teaching with therapeutic principles to address various dimensions of the whole person. Her goal is to support each unique person to maximize their potential and hold the hope of fulfilling their life mission.
